TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This quotation constitutes a formal offer by EZY CLEAN & CO PTY LTD (ABN 44 685 901 964) (“Contractor”) to the Client named in this document (“Client”).
2. This offer is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Services will be provided strictly in accordance with the scope described in the quotation line items and any written notes included in this document.
4. Any services not expressly listed in this quotation are excluded and may incur additional charges, subject to written approval by the Client.
5. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
6. Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Contractor’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this agreement.
8. Nothing in this agreement excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. The Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
10. Governing law: Tasmania, Australia. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.

By signing electronically, the Client confirms they have read and understood this document, have authority to sign, consent to electronic signatures, and agree to be legally bound.
